Sakura Mankai Cafe’ owners Jarred and Jessica Currence celebrated their grand opening and ribbon cutting in downtown Beckley on Tuesday. Sakura Mankai is a Japanese inspired limited restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, coffee and bubble tea.
