Flowers by Nancy employee Ashley McFalls and driver Rodger Whitt arrange Valentine’s Day bouquets in the back of a delivery van Tuesday. Valentine’s Day is the busiest day of the year for the flower shop, with eight drivers and around 200 flower deliveries scheduled.
