Dan and Cynthia Bickey, second from left and far right, present a $4,000 check to University of Charleston-Beckley president Dr. Jerry Forster, middle right, and Jon Calfee, left, treasurer of the Beckley Area Foundation Friday afternoon at UC's Robert C. Byrd Learning Center. The funds add to the Bickey's permanent endowment through the Beckley Area Foundation and will help to provide scholarship dollars for Southern West Virginia high school students attending UC-Beckley in the future.
