The 1998 Ford F150 was traveling northbound when the driver lost control, plowing through a fence and over an embankment before coming to rest in front of Godfather Liquor & Tobacco. A Raleigh County Sheriff's deputy on the scene didn't immediately release the driver's name or cause of the accident, but said the driver was taken to an area hospital for evaluation.
