Runners take off from the starting line during the 5K portion of the Fast & Furriest 5K Run/1 Mile Walk Saturday morning at the YMCA Paul Cline Memorial Youth Sports Complex. Participants could run the 5K, or take a nice walk with their pets during the event, and proceeds benefitted the Humane Society of Raleigh County.
