Area animal lovers gathered at the Econo-Lodge Dog Festival Saturday afternoon at the hotel's Harper Road location. In an effort to show that they're a dog-friendly environment, Econo-Lodge teamed up with Operation Underdog for a charity event that featured adoptable dogs such as Jade, raffle drawings, a rummage and bake sale, and even the chance to get a dog bath.
