Rocket Boy Roy Lee Cooke describes a few memories of the now dilapidated Coalwood Clubhouse during a trip his native Coalwood Sunday afternoon. Cooke was making his first visit to since 2011, showing a group of enthusiasts around his old stomping ground telling stories of the group's antics and remembering old times. He has a strong desire to see the aging building restored, but there are many hurdles and any project would require a substantially large amount of money.
