Carol Dameron, artisan and owner of West Virginia Coal Jewelry, shows off her stash of coal that will eventually be used in her work Wednesday afternoon at her Teel Road home. She gets most of her from the Gauley Bridge area, but she's had and used coal from all areas of the country before, including some from Alabama and Wyoming.
