Hidden underneath his big bad wolf costume is 2-year-old chihuahua Mr. Noodle, held by 7-year-old Red Riding Hood, otherwise known as 7-year-old Tory Webb during the Kid's Classic Pet Pageant Sunday afternoon at the Youth Museum of Southern West Virginia.
