The headlights of what can barely be made out as a small car do their best to pierce through nighttime whiteout conditions Saturday night as another gust of wind whips through Main Street in downtown Beckley. The area was ambushed by an evening snowstorm that made road and driving conditions a dangerous proposition for anyone who braved them.
