(Brad Davis/The Register-Herald) Outgoing Wyoming County Schools Superintendent Frank "Bucky" Blackwell turns and has a few laughs as he watches and reacts to a slideshow with hundreds of photos from his life and career in the region during a retirement reception at Wyoming East High School Thursday evening. Blackwell served Wyoming County for 34 years, the longest serving superintendent in West Virginia history. Thursday also happened to be his birthday.
