(Brad Davis/The Register-Herald) Students take their turns making their presentations to judges during the R.E.S.A. 1 Regional Social Studies Fair Saturday morning at the Beckley-Raleigh County Convention Center. Students from Monroe, McDowell, Raleigh, Summers and Wyoming Counties presented 191 projects with awards going out in nine different categories over three grade divisions (3rd-5th, 6th-8th and 9th-12th).
