Tim Martin, owner Old Mill Farm off of Old Mill Road in Beckley, looks over his dried up pond. Martin indicated that it's created some problems watering and feeding his livestock. He's been purchsing extra hay for feeding and filling his troughs with a water hose and buckets of water.
