Delores Browning, of Oceana, W.Va. waits for Molly Stanley to bag her groceries at Goodson's Supermarket on Valley Drive in Oceana Wednesday morning and was only one of ten shoppers allowed in the store because the Health Department on Tuesday reduced the number shoppers to only10 at a time. Goodson's supplied their employees each with face masks and most chosed to wear them and they also offered to shop for their customers avoiding long wait times to enter the store.
