Delores Browning, of Oceana, pays for her groceries at Goodson's Supermarket on Valley Drive in Oceana Wednesday morning and was only 1 of ten shoppers allowed in because the Health Department on Tuesday reduced the number shoppers to only10 at a time. Goodson's supplied their employees each with face masks and most chosed to wear them and they also offered to shop for their customers avoiding long wait times to enter the store.
