Beckley City Councilmen Kevin Price hugs Jeanie Sanger during the UBB Remembrance held at the Raleigh County Courthouse on Main Street in Beckley Monday afternoon. Sangers brother Benny Willingham was killed in the explosion. The Upper Big Branch Mine disaster occurred on April 5, 2010 located in Moncoal.
