Muddy water is seen as it flows out of Howard Creek into the Greenbrier River towards Hinton Thursday. The dark water came out near Willowwood Rd where workers for CSX had been dumping waste material from construction on the railroad tracks. Resident Jonathan Pickington has a home on the creek and is pictured in the kayak. The WV Department of Environmental Protection issued CSX a stop work order on Friday.
