Seniors at Woodrow Wilson High School, participated in the National Voter Registration Day by registering to vote in the schools auditorium Tuesday morning. As part of the assembly Lee Dean from WV Secretary of State's Office dress up as U.S. Senator Jennings Randolph of West Virginia -- the Father of the 26th Amendment which lowered the voter registration age from 21 to 18.
