He would like the city and Pinecrest Development to make sure that when Pinecrest deeds Pinecrest Industrial Park to the city, that the course is preserved. Currently the covenant says that the land may be used only for industrial and manufacturing use. That means that the survival of the cross country field is not guaranteed.
