Rust has taken over the bridge that needs replaced that U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito made a stop for at the Wyoming EDA Office in Pinneville discussing the announcement concerning "Congressionally Directed Spending awards" for the bridge and power at Barkers Creek Industrial Park.
