Manchin visits

Joe Manchin’s office Ben Spurlock visited with seniors and city government to inform them on the healthcare provisions that have been passed and to get feedback from communities on their needs. Executive Director of the Summers County Council on Aging Cindy Garrett said, “It’s great what the Governors office has done but there’s a lot that we do here to provide services for the seniors, and we need funding to continue to do that. I hope he keeps that in mind and pass that on to the ones that would provide that funding.”
